Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-
  • up.
  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and social channels to build relationships and
  • understand their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to develop strategic approaches for key accounts.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales team for next steps.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive
  • analysis.
  • Continuously update and manage the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
  • 0.5 - 3 years of experience in BD/Sales, preferably at a SaaS or Technology company.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics domains is highly
  • preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
