Role Overview
‍

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can establish and enforce design guidelines for Aerchain while also taking a hands-on approach to create 

visually compelling assets. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales, product marketing, company brand, and employee branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities
‍

• Design Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive design guidelines that align with Aerchain's brand identity and vision.

• Hands-On Design: Create high-quality design assets including posters, decks, social media posts, brochures, sales enablement collaterals, landing pages, product illustrations, GIFs, basic video assets, and more for marketing campaigns.

• Product Illustrations: Develop clear and engaging product illustrations that explain complex concepts and features of Aerchain's offerings.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product marketing team, and HR to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that support their objectives.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.

• Innovative Thinking: Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to elevate Aerchain's visual presence.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications
‍

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in various design mediums, including product illustrations.

• SaaS and B2B Expertise: Proven experience in designing for SaaS and B2B environments, understanding the nuances of these markets.

• Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) and other design tools.

• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
