Job Summary: (Procurement background is a Plus)

Relevant Experience in B2B SaaS /Procurement- 5 Years

Work Location- Bangalore (5 Days WFO)

We are actively seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to lead the entire onboarding process, collaborate seamlessly with teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Your expertise in integration will be invaluable as you contribute to the successful adoption of Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing larger projects, demonstrating 8-11 years of experience navigating complexities and delivering successful outcomes. The candidate possessing integration knowledge would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer Implementation process from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and anticipate potential roadblocks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to clients in a clear and timely manner
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or client satisfaction
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand our products/services and how to effectively use them
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and project progress
  • Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and client feedback
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment among different departments involved in the onboarding process
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant changes into the onboarding processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interest in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
