Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving initial sales conversations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales at SaaS or technology companies, coupled with a strong understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and effectively communicate Aerchain’s value proposition.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team to further develop opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of prior sales experience in a SaaS or Technology company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics domains is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office suite.
